[cisco-voip] Monitoring CallManager

CUOM seemed to always do AXL soap queries regarding MGCP gateway setups
quite regularly.
I guess it was using it to generate the Route List status reports that it
has.. which are pretty cool
If anyone has a 4.1 and CUOM setup, ensure your AXL tracing is on, and the
just review the trace files in the usual spot.

That will give you the requests / responses for all the AXL requests to the
CCM.

Might be a good spot to start.
