Hi Ruben,

You would need to use CallManagers AXL interface probably.
You could do an "UpdatePhone" which would allow you to set the ownerID

You need to write a script or program to send a SOAP request to the
CallManager for each update you wish to do.
It could read in the input - i.e. device name and ownerID from a CSV file.
