[cisco-voip] Presense has old info?

Tammie,

Are you sure that the old user is removed from the Presence servers' LDAP cache.  CM sync's with LDAP AD (assuming AD) and Presence does as well.  If the old information is still there it may need to run the cleanup event at the end of the night to remove it.  Are you sure that both systems (CM and Presence) are set to sync every 6 hours?

AD syncs automatically every 6 hours and I have tried to sync it manually - doesn't help.

When someone replaces someone else and takes over there phone we make the changes needed in CCM.  These people do not have CUPC.  The few of us that do have CUPC continue to notice that CUPS still shows the original person that had the phone, not the updated person. Where is it pulling this info from and how do I update it?  To be clear - through CUPC it shows the original person but on our phone it shows the newest person...
