[cisco-voip] Presense has old info?

Removing the extension from the user and waiting overnight did fix the
issue, thank you both! What's weird is that user was moved into a
different OU that the phone system doesn't even look at.

Pretty sure you're going to have to wait for the cleanup to run now.
It's at a mystical time between 11PM and 12AM... I think.

The original user was still in AD with the extension. I removed the
extension and did a resync of CCM and still shows him.

I was really hopeful that this was the issue

We had this issue in the past. We still had the old users moved
to a separate OU in Active Directory, but we had left the "IPPhone"
field intact with their number, and then the new user also had that same
number in the IPPhone field. Do you still have the old users in AD? If
so, try clearing the field, and doing another sync.

Well that is where it gets the information.

AD syncs automatically every 6 hours and I have tried to sync it

CCM 6.1.1

Presense 6.0.1

When someone replaces someone else and takes over there phone we make
the changes needed in CCM. These people do not have CUPC. The few of
us that do have CUPC continue to notice that CUPS still shows the
original person that had the phone, not the updated person. Where is it
pulling this info from and how do I update it? To be clear - through
CUPC it shows the original person but on our phone it shows the newest
person...
