You may need to clarify your question and setup and version of
CallManager. Are you using SIP or H323 with CVP? I'm not sure what type
2 and type 10 on a VRU is.

 

I understand there is a ES for CVP that makes CVP no longer require a
MTP resource for H323/SIP calls.
