[cisco-voip] 7971 on CCM4.1(3)sr5b not showing second calls

There were a number of bugs related to shared lines fixed in 4.1,
just a matter of which ones are in SR5b or a later one. There are
also a good number of them addressed in phone loads that were
included in later ES patches.

The fact that external calls work differently than internal ones
makes it seem like a partition/CSS is involved.

No, but we did move some shared lines off of the phone and to a 7914
that we just added to the device.

I haven't gotten a look at the traces yet, the customer just called me
(I have no remote access at the moment)...

They are on sr5b, the plan is to update to Sr6a or Sr7... we are
running into lots of issues with this customer, bug-wise.... and I
think it could stand some patching....

Could it be a problem with the dialing forest?
