[cisco-voip] Mismatched CCM versions, side effects...

its possible/probable that the es and SR wont be running compatible
versions of SDL and the SDL links won't come up. resources on one ccm
(such as IP Phones, MTPs, transcoders, Gateways) wont be reachable by
the same devices on another node.
the fun part will be when it doesn't work, and you try to call TAC,
they're not going to be able to do anything for you until you've got a
cluster running just one version of CM.
