[cisco-voip] Phones losing connection to the CallManager

You'd need packet captures and ccm traces to fully understand this.    
Make sure the captures are taken at both the phone and the CCM.

What's the connection like between the phones and the CM(s)? Local LAN?
Frame Relay? T1? MPLS? Firewall(s) in between?
