You'll be able to search for a partner in your area. Be sure to seacrh for a partner with the Unified Communications specialization, or Master Unified Communications specialization.

Subject: [cisco-voip] : IPCCX scripting

Hello,
I work for a small company and we are interested in putting the IPCCX
solution for our call-center.
But, we do not have enough technical knowledge to write out complex scripts
to support the functionality we desire to have.

Does any one know if there is a Good Vendor who can write the scripts for
us? We kindaa dont like our current partner.

thanks
