Hello Friends,

I have a Cisco 5850 VoIP Gateway and I receive calls from one of my providers over Internet. From some days, my provider has started complaining about LOW ASR. He has forwarded me his ISDN Disconnect codes and most of the calls have Cause code 44.

When I try to see any CDR for those calls on my voip gateway, I cannot see any traces of those calls and numbers. Please can some one help me about this cause code 44. Is is a problem from my side??

When I try to simulate a call to those numbers from my AS5850 it goes fine.

Please help.

Brgds,
