[cisco-voip] Pub less then 10% HD space

So I get a RTMT message from my 4.1.3 Publisher that is has less then 10%.
(at 2am this morning).

When to check on it this morning and found it has 5 gigs out of 36.  Well
above 10%

2am is when our backups are ran.  is this just the BARS staging it.  Do I
need to be concerned?
