You can do one thing, increment the GMT from the local system machine to one on the machine running the IPCommunicator. It will solve the problem ofr you.

I am having a problem, as we had to change the local time as per Government had ordered. we made the change for 1 hour. but on the IP communicator we are having time with +2 hours.
i need suggestion on this how to make it right.
