[cisco-voip] IPCC SQL

IPCC is installed with MSDE, which by default does not install SQL EM.
You can, however connect to the box from another machine with enterprise
manager and manage it from there.

I would like to connect to the SQL data on our IPCC Server
5.0(2)_Build064. I see SQL is installed but I don't see SQL Server
Enterprise Manager even though the Binn folder is there where it should
be under.
