[cisco-voip] unity 5.0 install MSSQL 2000 SP4 issue

A funny thing...

I uninstalled mssql and reinstalled.  Then I installed sp3 and then sp4 and now it works.

I've run into similar issues when somehow SQL was installed, but the 
MSDE version of the service pack was loaded (or vice versa). It doesn't 
seem like that should be possible, but, here we are.

Prior to installing the service pack, run 'select @@version' and verify 
if you have MSDE (output will include 'Desktop Engine ') or regular SQL 
(output will include 'Standard Edition').

Then, manually run the proper, matching, service pack (don't let the 
wizard pick it). Re-run the select @@version to verify current version.
