[cisco-voip] Phone Unregisters Code 8

I have this one phone used by the main secretary.  It's a 7940 with her PC
plugged into the port on the back of the phone.
Without warning, sometimes in the middle of a call, her phone will reset.
In the even viewer on CCM, it gives a reason code of 8, and says it may be
due to keepalives timing out, etc.
What is truly strange, is the log shows resets at 2Am and other times when
the phone is clearly not being used, as we
would be closed at 2AM.

Any ideas where I should be looking?  The config of the switchport?  I tried
a new phone at her station, and it was great for a
couple of weeks, and now it's doing it again.  I am going to try having a
new cable run and see if that does anything.
