[cisco-voip] "Periphon" on CCM 4.1(3)

Not familiar with PERIPHON, but there are several vendors that allow you to
do paging over the speakers of the phones. The one we use is SA Announce, by
syn-apps. You typically don't use a mic, you use a phone to page.
