[cisco-voip] how can I block phone numbers

Hello Sir,
 
I'm sorry for my poor understanding.
I'm new to Cisco IPhone System my boss wants to BLOCK inbound calls ( incoming call few people calling to bother our staff )
we know they numbers and we just need to block 3 phone numbers and I do not know where and how to do that.
we using "Cisco Unified CallManager 5"  if you kind tell me the steps to fallow so I block this people incoming phone numbers.
if you need more information I glad to provide to you.
 
I really appreciated if you can guide me to accomplished this task.

I guess we're still not clear. I took inbound to mean blocking calls based on their inbound caller id.

	If you are talking outbound, there are several ways to do it. You can create a specific route pattern with the exact number you wish to block and under the ROUTE OPTION field, mark the radio button next to "block this pattern" and select CALL REJECTED in the dropdown box. Put that route pattern in the same partition as the partition used to control calls to whatever type of call you are blocking- LD, Local, etc. If there are multiple numbers, you can create a route filter with multiple clauses listing the different numbers you wish to block. We do this and use a route filter to block 900 numbers, off shore numbers, telescam numbers, etc.
