[cisco-voip] Upgrading CCM 4.2 to 6.1

OK, I've read almost everything about this, but this is my first migration
and I'm a little insecure.... Can somebody please summarize for me the steps
I need to do, or send me some links.... Generally I know what to do, but I'm
worried about licenses and thing like that cos I have to do this in a big
company with many phones.
I'll be very grateful  if someone helps me.
Can I upgrade IPCC-X 4.0 to 5.x???? and how does it goes.
