Ok so this is my question, After I install *IPCC Express 5*, can I just copy
and paste
db_cra
db_cra_repository
FCRasSvr

DBs (I think this are the ones that contain Historical Reporting data) onto
new server?
I'm upgrading from *IPCC Express 4.
