[cisco-voip] Figure out what call handler I am listening to

I'm assuming we're talking about Unity here? You'll be able to see the 
name of the call handler you're in, digits dialed, and some debugging 
info from the port status monitor tool in tools depot. Is that what 
you're looking for?
