[cisco-voip] FW: Upgrade CCM 5.1.2.1000 to 5.1.2.3130-1, voicegateway problem

Peter,
You need to determine if the errors are causing the interface to go down
or if the interface is being reset by CUCM or IOS. It's possible that some
sort of issue with mgcp auto configuration could cause the interface to
bounce, but based on the
"Controller E1 0/3/0, changed state to down (LOF detected)"
message, it seems perhaps there's an error (L2 type) at the physical
interface or a problem with clocking.
when you do "sh controller e1" repeatedly, do the line/path code violations
ever increment _without_ a failure/interface hiccup?

I recommend getting the same debugs you have been, along with debug MGCP
packet and debug ccm-maanger config. Maybe somethign weird is happening, but
see if those counters are incrementing at all without a failure, and make
sure the other side is providing clocking. also, what type of hardware
platform is this?

Regards,
  Peter
