Hi,

You may want to use CME in SRST mode
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/integration/unity/configuration/guide/cme_srst.pdf

Be aware it does not support as many phones as plain SRST.

You can configure it so it learns the phone configs same as SRST
It is only active when no CCM is available.
And you can pretty much use the full feature set of CME - hunt groups,
pickup groups etc.

No config duplication if you use it this way.
