Do you have the proper username set on the line appearances for the EM
profiles? Go into the line appearance on the EM profile and make sure
the username is associated at the bottom.

Hi all,

we are running 6.1.1 with Presence 6.03 and Personal Communicator 1.2 So

far Presence is working correctly for normal IP Phones with assigned 
lines. The presence status in the personal communicator changes to the 
correct state when a contact is using his phone.

BUT, presence is not working for Extension Mobility Profiles. When Users

are logged in, the presence status in the personal communicator is 
always "available" and is not going to any other status, unless the user

sets his presence status manuelly to unavailable.

By the way the presence status of em-profile lines is working correctly 
in call history lists

Any ideas? Or is this just not supported?
