[cisco-voip] Timestamps on voicemails wrong for CUE/CCME users

You need to have NTP configured. Here's an CUE-IOS example:

clock timezone America/Chicago
ntp server 192.5.41.40

If your CUE box can't reach the internet (the IP address of the NTP server i
used above is that of tick.usno.navy.mil) you will need to point it at an
internal NTP server that it can reach. Also, if the actual clock in CUE is
way off, you'll need to manually set it close to the correct time. From
experience it seems that NTP in IOS doesn't always do a very good job of
resetting the time if the current set time is off by a large margin.
