Gary,

Here is the output from a monitored CME device:

As well as the calls active MIB which seems to work most of the time when using CME:

We use Cacti to gather the statistics, if you do a little research on the forums you will find the ISDN template.  Just as an FYI, it does not work with CM/MGCP.

Not sure if POP-MGMT mib is available on the 3845.. but there is an ISDN-MIB alternative method also.
