[cisco-voip] Problems on Transfer CM 6.1

We are having an intermittent problem when transferring a call.  This
problem is only occurring in one building as far as I know.  The error
message on the phone is " error transfer exceeded option not available".
Can anyone help with this? Thanks, Mike
