The easy way is from the web GUI; create a pilot number that forwards to the SIP address of the CUE module (just as was configured for VM), and configure the auto attendant through the web page.  If you need to enable a more advanced auto attendant, then you’ll need to install the CUE editor for your version of CUE and reference the aef file in your config.

The old method was to create a TCL script and reference that from the router.  Since you are using Unity Express 3.0, check this out:
