[cisco-voip] get rid of "please wait till I transfer your call"

I have already looked into this and there is no hack for the 2.x version
thanks to the closed  architecture of the appliance model versus the open
model of the Windows version. Supposedly it is going to be an option in
connection 7.x. I have not had a chance to upgrade to it yet though so I
don't know for sure.
