[cisco-voip] connecting to unity 2003 with RDC

I know that when Cisco Advanced Services came to install Unity for our
local IT department, that was one of the first things they did when I
told them the only other access they would get was KVM. Granted they
could have been doing something special, but I did think it odd that
they changed the port.

You'll need to click the box under Remote -> Remote Desktop and allow
the appropriate users.  If you already enabled CSA, you may need to
create an exception in windows firewall.  AFAIK, TCP/3389 does not
conflict with any Unity ports.

Is there a trick to connect to unity with RDC i may be missing.  we are
running unity 5 on win2003. terminal servce is enable and started.
