[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1 TSP: Port IsoEthPort [UInt], Port DSL [UInt]

Hello more experienced engineers,

I have CUCM running 6.1, 2 MGCP VG, 1 H323 VG.
Receiving this error:
	Error:
 %CCM_CALLMANAGER-CALLMANAGER-3-TspError:
Error in TSP. Port IsoEthPort [UInt], Port DSL [UInt]

I have seen that there have been posts in the past about this error and
unconfigured FXS/FXO ports. The error is being generated by 11 devices
all named SEP+MAC Address, e.g. SEP000123456789.

I haven't been able to locate these devices on the network, checked
switches and CUCM. I know this is not a service impacting issue, but
its recurring and needs to stop, does anyone have experience with this
issue? Thanks in advance!!

Thanks,

Robert Knapp

I am looking to set up an after work emergency number extension. I
basically want someone to be able to dial one extension and then have it
call (to cell phones) 4 separate people in order until someone answers.
Has anyone done anything like this before?

The problem might be when the first person's voicemail picks up.
CallManager 6x has Mobility built-in but it rings them all at same time.
Could also do a IPCC script.

Outside of Cisco products I would recommend TelAlert. I've used it in
the past, it tells the recipient to enter dtmf digit (You have an alert
please 4221 to hear your alert, press 1 to acknowledge, etc). It can
also handle escalations with multiple media, two-way sms, etc. Very
smart product.

I had TelAlert integrated with HP OpenView Network Node Manager for
outage alerts.

Hello,

I am running CUCM6.1 and UCCX 5.

I have a problem where sometimes, occasionally, when the call centre
agents put a caller on hold, when they go to resume the call there is
one way audio. The agent can still hear the caller but the caller
cannot hear the agent.

This happens infrequently but has been happening for a few months. I
know this will be hard to diagnose since it does not happen every time.

Has anyone else seen this?

You could try a hunt group for after hours # with 4 extensions in the
hunt group that have mobility enabled.
Then dump to VM box if no one answers, send email, page, or however you
want to handle it.

The hunt group will give you options for selecting order (top down,
broadcast, etc.).

Never tried the hunt group with mobility extension but could be a
possibility.

John
