[cisco-voip] IPCC error "Refresh failed. Please check if the engine is running"

don't do the update script.  Just upload it like a new script (with same
name is fine)  it will ask if you want to replace and you say yes.

I've had the same issue and I believe it's a bug with update script.

YMMV.
