[cisco-voip] CVP Call Server - SIP Service in Stopping state

Hello Folks,

I know its late, but I could use a bit of help.

Had working Call Server, but needs to had support for Support Tools, backed up CVP uninstalled and reinstalled the B side call server, when that server was patched back up to the correct version the SIP service is in a stopping state for the diag URL.


Transition to STOPPED uses logic SS_RUNNING==false && INTERNALS_OK==false ) 

I have good licensing, just can't seem to get past this point...  Anyone run into this before?
