[cisco-voip] IPCCX ping issue

Hi, 

 

I have a very strange thing happening with 2 IPCCX clusters connected to the same CCM cluster (CCM & CRS ver. 7)

 
I cannot ping the CRS server that is active !! and I can ping the standby one.
 
you can ping the active one if you restart it. This issue is keep on occurring.
 
Appreciate your kind advice.
