Yea, not sure. I think when we replaced one of them, we just changed
the MAC address field and reset but did also update the phone config
to force it to resave, etc. We also tried factory reset on one of the
phones. Not sure if it is DB on CUCM side or maybe the config on phone
was slightly corrupt causing some sort of problem?

I'm not sure how these phones were initially added, I know BAT was
used at install but no idea if these 2 were added later by hand, etc.
Both of these are at site with publisher server so register to
publisher also...

Not aware of any other phones having this issue, but hard to know
without complaints about missed calls not showing up unless one checks
out each phone. If it happens again, I'll check out those other
things. I know the cluster was updated 3-4 months to 6.1.4a from
6.1.2. The only thing I did different the second time around when
adding them again was I added the phones with the default phone button
template and softkey template and not their customized ones. Wanted
the phone as generic as possible to see if it would work. Then I added
one thing back at a time until it had all the customized settings and
tested after each change.

Oh well, maybe this will help others who run into this.......
