[cisco-voip] Configuring AAR in CALL MAANAGER 6.1

Hi

I think AAR ( when ever there is insufficient bandwidth in WAN it will goes
through PSTN. I am running lab environment.Can i configure AAR in H323 mode.

The reason why i am asking this question is in H323 we don't specify the
PSTN endpoints in call manager.When we don't specify PSTN endpoints i think
there is no point in using AAR ?

Please correct me if i am wrong.
