[cisco-voip] CUCM with external LDAP and CRS

Hello,

You will have to go into the Remote Desktop of the CRS server and run
the command "cet". Then, you will have to go under
com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdmin. You will have to doubleclick the
parameter on the right, go to the second tab, and change the setup
state to FRESH INSTALL. This will let you reselect the user.

Thanks,

James

Subject: [cisco-voip] CUCM with external LDAP and CRS

Hi, i have a CUCM 6.1 installation and it is integrated with a CRS 5.0
engine.
It is configured and it is working fine.
At some point, i configured an external ldap for the end users and i had
take my measures creating at the external ldap the crs admin user.
But, after that i wan not able to log in the crs engine any more!
After the users were synched with the ldap, i also gave this crs admin
user AXL api admin rights.
I rebooted the crs server but nothing changed: the jtapi users have no
problem and so the cti ports were registered with the CUCM but i could
not have admin access to appadmin page of the CRS engine.
Any ideas how this can be achieved?

Regards
Anthony
