Some 7960 with 8.0(7.0)
Some 7912 with 8.0.2(060817A)

I've changed Time Zone in Date/Time Group Configuration and now phones are
showing correct time, but I think this is not the correct behavior...

Just another question. You said some phones get their time from CUCM, so
what is the meaning of the "Phone NTP Reference" under System menu?
