[cisco-voip] Line group CM 6.1 one phone not working

I have CM 6.1 with a Line group with several phones in it.  long story short
all phones in the broadcast line group ring except one.  I have reset phone,
reset Line group, removed DN from Ling group and re added, I have erased
config on phone, and reset the Hunt list.

I still can not get the phone to ring with the others in the line group.

what am I missing?
