What's changed going to 5x/7x;

Almost full message goes off more often per end users running Unified
with Exchange, Advanced Settings in Tools Depot allows you to disable
this

MWI light won't turn off until you completely listen to message, before
at start of play the MWI light would turn off (delay mark as read is now
on by default)

New options for follow-me in menus

In short an alert end user will notice, while someone who doesn't really
use voicemail won't. I personally like the Message Monitor features and
follow me.

Also note Exchange 2007 Clustering is not supported in 7x, but is in 5x.
Not sure why or when it will be supported.

No it's almost entirely the same, there are your expected new checkboxes
and what not for the few new features and options but unless you looked
at the version number you probably wouldn't notice you had upgraded

Are there a lot of differences between 4 and 7? Does the terminology
remain consistent?
