[cisco-voip] Call Time Limit

Nothing native in CM AFAIK.  if your gateways are H.323 you may have 
some options.

depending on your network you may be able to force a cutoff after 3 mins 
of not receiving RTCP which ipphones do not send. this used to cause 
'dropped calls' but sounds like it may do exactly what you want:
