2.       If Inbound, is the number and name not coming in or is just the
number not coming in?

3.       What kind of PSTN connection are you using?

4.       Are you running CallManager or CallManager Express?

5.       What version of either product?

6.       If Callmanager, are you using H323 or MGCP?
