Make sure that you have MTP enabled on the SIP trunk to the Exchange server.

I don't remember the exchange side but you have to make sure your CSS's are set correctly on you trunk to allow the CUCM to send the call. Also check redirecting Diversion Header Delivery - Inbound

Subject: [cisco-voip] Microsoft UM and Cisco Call Manager 6.1

We are running Cisco Call Manager 6.1 and are using a SIP trunk to send callers to the Microsoft UM. To leave a voicemail is working fine but if we want to 0 re-direct (using personal operator function) it fails. Has anyone got this to work and what settings were involved to allow the digits to be transferred back to the Call Manager to process for the 0 redirect to work?

Thanks
