[cisco-voip] Exchange 2007 UM to Answer Off-Net Calls

Yep.  We did not have MTP on our MRGL.  Once we added that, it answers calls.  Thanks for the advice guys.  Greatly appreciated.  :)

how is your pstn gateway configured?  you might need a MTP to add RFC2833 DTMF, check to make sure your SIP trunk has a MRGL with a valid MTP or xcoder.

Has anyone been successful in getting Exchange 2007 UM to answer external calls?  From an internal extension all is well; however, when a call comes in from the outside, it is dropped as soon as it is transferred to voicemail.  Thanks.
