[cisco-voip] Receptionist Phone with Expansion Module Question

I'm pretty sure BLF is supposed to accomplish this. If it's not, then something might be up with the config. I'd double check the DN/partition settings.

I'm not a BLF pro, but I was just reviewing the documentation.

  I've been playing with this and the Speed Dial / BLF option doesn't show if the person is on the phone.

  Our receptionist phone has 16 extra lines configured.  Everytime someones phone rings, she sees this and has the ability to pickup the call.  Can I remove the  ability to pickup the call but still allow her to see if they are on the phone and transfer calls to them?
