[cisco-voip] Reporting for Attendant Console

Searching the archives, I was looking for an answer to this but none existed that I could find:

Anyone know, if possible, how to draw some decent reports from Attendant Console like:
- time to answer a call
- calls not answered
- calls answered
and so on.....
