CSCsw96916    SRND: Track testing for 30k vs. 60k user maximum

Looks like I had it reversed.  The SRND stated a lower number than is 
actually supported.  It looks like the latest SRND that I cited below is 
now correct.

While this doesn't directly answer your question, it does give some 
level of comfort the system will function with up to 60k users.  Will 
that cover your total number of real users plus the users that are added 
for speed dials?
