[cisco-voip] MWI Will Not Turn off - Unity Connection 7.0.2

I'm having a problem with a handful of users (about 2-3) where their  
MWI will not turn off.  They have no new messages in their mailbox but  
the MWI is still lit.  I tried resyncing the MWIs from the PhoneSystem  
Menu and even Forced all MWIs off for the phone system and then did a  
resync.  They still turned back on after the sync.  Any suggestions?
