[cisco-voip] Issues installing CUE (AIM-CUE)

We used to have the old 512MB AIM-CUE; but recently upgraded to the 1GB
AIM-CUE.

I have successfully managed to get 7.1.1 running on the AIM-CUE module.
Thanks to Daniel Rodriguez, who tipped me off to boot using the 7.1.1
boothelper image.

Thanks!!!

maybe it's this note "Only the 1 GB AIM module is supported in version
7.1.x." There was short time when they were shipping 512MB AIM-CUE.

CUE 7.1 will only run on AIM2 and NME modules.
