Thanks guys. I work for an ITSP and we are trying to get one for our lab. We already have several ISR and IAD devices, we just need a UC520 for helping vendors troubleshoot.

Our finance department knows how to make thing a real pain, so switching to a "non-preferred" reseller for the purchase isn't going to work in this case. Thanks for the offer though.

I can confirm the same thing, and I work at one of Cisco's largest partners. Depending on required feature-set, I'd recommend looking at an ISR + CUE module - pricing could end up being very similar depending on a few variables. Ship dates are much better on the ISR's than on the UC520's.

Has anyone ordered a UC520 recently? I placed an order in December and my reseller says Cisco shows a ship date of June 9th. They keeping checking back with Cisco but the date is not changing. This hardly seems acceptable.
