[cisco-voip] Configuring first VG224: MGCP vs. SCCPconfigurations

I recently found out that VG224 ports configured with MGCP don't show up in
all phone port report in BAT and SCCP analog ports do show up.

I would also recommend SCCP because it is easy to configure and manage.
